Orient Beach State Park

Day passes are sold at the entrance on Route 25, Orient, facing Gardiners Bay. Biking trails, showers, picnic tables, playgrounds, canoeing/kayaking access. $8 per vehicle in offseason, $10 in the summer. Park opens daily year round at 8 a.m.

Wildwood State Park

Day passes are sold at entrance on Hulse Landing Road, Wading River, overlooking L.I. Sound. Swimming, fishing, playground, picnic tables, showers, some handicapped accessibility. $10 parking fee. Park opens daily year round at 8 a.m.
