American Beech is a modern American restaurant inspired by the farming, fishing and viticulture industries of the North Fork and the eclectic cultures and cuisines of the surrounding regions. The menu showcases market-fresh and local ingredients of the highest quality designed to be an everyday neighborhood restaurant with something for everyone.
Inspired by the maritime village of Greenport, the restaurant interior boasts an airy and comfortable coastal aesthetic with room for 50 guests in the dining area and 20 guests at the bar. French doors open to the tree-shaded patio and outdoor bar area with an additional 45 seats perfect for al fresco dining and imbibing. When the weather cools, the restaurant features indoor and outdoor fireplaces providing a cozy gathering place for socializing with old friends or making new ones.
