From the vegetable and fig gardens — as well as the plethora of roses and hydrangea herb gardens — nature is incorporated into every element at Mattebella Vineyards. The certified sustainable farm never uses herbicides; only organic fertilizer is used and grapes are handpicked. The field is mostly hand-tended, too. The establishment is proud of its organic focus and farms responsibly with great respect for the land.
The winery has constantly earned medals at national competitions and received high scores in Wine Advocate.
Several new tasting menus feature unique, small pairings and additional tasting areas have been added.
