Raphael is family built, owned and operated by four generations on the North Fork. They pride themselves in the delivery of the finest customer service to honor each and every guest. With each harvest comes new vintages and opportunities to educate and enlighten others about their winemaking process.
Grapes are hand-harvested by a dedicated, diligent and impassioned winemaking team that ensures only the finest fruit makes it into Raphael wines.
The unique boutique winery in Peconic is inspired by Mediterranean architecture and provides a remarkably stunning atmosphere. Tours explain in-depth knowledge of the wine production and grant access to restricted areas of the winery.
Raphael continues to improve its wine quality, celebrating its 20-year anniversary since opening, and uses wild fermentation with little fining and filtration to perfect a balance of aroma and flavor that purely express the local terroir.
