The vision of vintners Cynthia and Tom Rosicki, Sparkling Pointe encompasses 40 acres of sustainably grown vineyard planted with the classic Champagne grape varietals — pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay.
Using strictly the traditional Methode Champenoise process, Sparkling Pointe is the only winery on the North Fork to produce exclusively sparkling wines.
The wines are produced at the onsite winery, designed and maintained by French born winemaker Gilles Martin, formerly of Champagne’s famed Deutz and Roederer Estates, who boasts a prestigious Masters of Oenology from the University of Montpellier.
The wines are showcased at the Grand Tasting House in Southold, where guided educational tastings are conducted daily amongst exquisite views of the vineyards, winery and cellar.
Sparkling Pointe’s portfolio features multiple sparkling wine styles including top Prestige Cuvées: Brut Seduction, Blanc de Blancs Reserve, and Blanc de Noirs, flagship wines Brut, Blanc de Blancs, and Topaz Impérial Brut Rosé, and the festive Cuvée Carnaval Red, White, and Rose labels.
