The Tap Room at Corey Creek is a new way to experience the best wines Bedell has to offer.
The Southold establishment serves limited runs of small-batch, hand-crafted and sustainable wines on tap and also offers wines by the bottle and in growlers.
Winemaker Richard Olsen-Harbich was among the first on the East Coast to use entirely indigenous yeasts and he co-founded Long Island Sustainable Winegrowing, the first sustainability program in the region.
The Tap Room was remodeled in 2017 with a rustic vineyard/coastal chic look that’s the perfect backdrop for private parties or enjoying tap wines with friends and family.
Try a microflight, which includes three tap wines of your choice for $12. Various speciality tap wines that are limited in production are also available.
